Embed and Activate

To get started, simply insert the Staffino embed code into your website. This creates a secure connection between your website and the Staffino CX platform.

Once added, you can activate it in your Staffino dashboard—when everything’s working, a green status indicator will confirm your site is connected.

Customise the Survey and Trigger

Choose the look of the feedback button (style, colour, placement), define when and where it appears, and set targeting rules—for example, which devices or visitors should see it.

You can even limit how often the widget shows up or define when not to show it at all.

Collect Feedback and View Results

As customers interact with your website, the button invites them to share feedback without ever leaving the page.

Their responses are instantly collected and displayed in your Staffino CX dashboard, where you can view the results, identify trends, and take immediate action.
